Looking to swap out our old split n. gas unit for a modern heat pump system. We have a good near new, current model system on site as part of a planned remodel delayed due to Covid. Can have the old unit if you’d like it. previous install was about 12 years ago, before we moved in, lots of good (lines, vents, circuits, etc.), some review/updates needed (would like the air handler moved, drains replaced, etc. if possible.). Looking for decent quality that’s up to code for a fair price — flexible … worked with professionals in family … will absolutely leave you alone to work. :) Place is about 1000sq ft. New unit is a 1.5 ton / 18 seer trane from 2020. Please reach out with questions, would prefer inspect before quoting me
