Learn how to make delicious cocktails like the pros at home, including tools of the trade, ingredients, ice, glassware, and garnishes! If you’ve ever asked yourself, “How do they do it?” Now is your chance to find out! Learn how to craft delicious cocktails like the pros with this two-hour introductory course covering all of the cocktail basics, led by members of our talented bar staff. Attendees will learn the tools of the trade, and how to properly measure, shake, stir, strain, and garnish. Each attendee will also get to enjoy three cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, all while learning a brief history of the drinks being made. * Attendees must be 21 years of age. Class promptly begins at 12pm and concludes at 2:30pm. Stationed Hors d’oeuvres will be served at the beginning of the course. Guests are encouraged to stay after the course concludes to enjoy our Sunday Happy Hour service! All of our instructors have many years of bartending experience, and are constantly training to remain at the highest level. This is the chance to ask any questions you may have in an open format that you may not otherwise have the ability to ask in a busy bar.
