Kitchen sink pipe leak repair needed + future repairs

Hi, I need a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink repairs in Kennebunk, off route 1. It appears to be the pipe on top of the garbage disposal, which may have some kind of rubber o-ring looking seal between the pipe the the disposal that may be the issue. Not 100% sure though. It's easy to access and in a new construction home. Looking to pay $50 for someone to come out and tighten or fix it for less than 1 hour's work. If it's going to take longer than that to fix, I'd like to pay $50 an hour. I can't pay for travel or a minimum fee beyond $50. I also have 3 condos in Portland that I need help with from time to time.
