Description

The Wash Tech Lead oversees the Wash Bay on a particular shift or site while performing scheduled and unscheduled cleaning, monitors work schedules and establishes work priorities for the shift or site with the manager. This position confirms that data is reported accurately, enforces safety compliance and assists maintenance personnel when required. The Wash Tech Lead is responsible for communicating effectively with the manager on any necessary changes or issues. High school diploma or its equivalent and one year of equipment washing experience; Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions/ work orders to complete daily assignments; Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; Ability to meet deadlines; Task, detail and timeline completion oriented; One year of leadership experience and two years of inventory control experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of Dossier, and IPak Valid driver’s license Record of safe driving for the last three years as shown on current MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations *Texas Disposal Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
