Need concession help THIS SATURDAY ONLY - AUG 6TH. We will be serving food at the Detroit Highland Games at Greenmead Historical Village. We serve Drunken Mushrooms, Scotch Eggs, Pulled Pork, Roast Beast, and more. We set up Friday, serve Saturday, then we break down Sunday. Will also need one person for set-up on Friday. There may be some hours available Sunday for break down. You must be willing to help plate food, wash dishes, restock steam table, and other general duties. Must be reliable, clean, and willing to work on your feet for long periods and work outdoors, (under a tent). Experience is helpful, but not necessary. We pay an hourly wage.
