I need a rescue to help me asap

Please don't flag me!!! If I don't find a rescue I have to turn her into animal control!! I need desperately for a rescue to help me. I have a dog that i rescued and I cannot take care of her as she keeps escaping the fence. She's skinny and I can't help her. I need someone to get her from a actual rescue asap I don't want to have to take her to the shelter. Please help asap.
