General contractor looking for paint help. We’re a little behind on some of our paint projects and could use some help. Looking for at least a team of 2 if not 3. Hoping for small licensed and bonded company or at least sole proprietor. Scope of work : Paint full attic(roughly500 sq ft). Paint bedroom,hall & bath on main: Spackle and sand woodwork Sand all woodwork (mostly a scuff job) Flat sand most with a sander Hand hit the rest Some extra woodwork prep Caulk all woodwork (mostly closets) Mask windows (we did floors) Vacuum Spray woodwork Paint walls and ceilings All material will be on site
