Customize your own soy candle and tart melt! Join candle maker, Paula Wimsatt, from Wimsatt Soap Company to experience a beginners hands-on, behind the scenes look at how scented, natural soy-wax candles are made. Learn the benefits of Soy Candles. Class participants will try their hand at the scented candle-making. After choosing a fragrance from a selection of our natural oils, each student mix the wax and oil, select cotton wick, apply candle warning label, then pour one 9 oz. scented candle and one 3 oz tart clam shell using their favorite fragrances. All of our fragrances are phthalate-free. There is limited seating and during this time we cannot allow walk-ins for any workshop.
