Apartment Maintenance Technician Well established company in Salem is seeking to fill a full-time maintenance position. Experience preferred in building maintenance and painting but will train the right applicant. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle that can be used to travel between jobsites. Applicants must also be able to safely lift 50 pounds and be able to climb ladders and stairs. Job Guidelines Teamwork – must work well with other. Be able to complete tasks with little to no supervision. Perform routine painting of both building interior and exterior and some minor drywall repair. Light plumbing, electrical, and finish carpentry. Perform various physical tasks as directed – moving/installing appliances, cleaning shops, pressure washing, leaf blowing, digging post holes, and removing/installing doors. Safely adhere to all policies and procedures. When needed must be available for after hour emergencies.
