Our maintenance team is an important part of our success in maintaining state-of-the-art communities for our residents. Some of the responsibilities include: Landscape and maintain grounds of Resort/Community, including laying sod, mowing grass, weed maintenance, blowing, trimming, and planting trees and plants, raking, and fertilizing. Performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Works as a team player along with the community staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company. Maintain lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other grounds features by using power mowers, push mowers, and/or edgers. Removing weeds, trimming plants/trees, planting flowers, plants, and trees; Maintenance of flower beds by pruning, weeding, and watering as needed. Performs various community maintenance functions. These functions may include but are not limited to light bulb changes, caulking, minor plumbing, filter changes, touch-up painting, lock repairs, snow removal, installation/repair window coverings, pool maintenance, preventive maintenance, etc. Attends and assists in setting up resident functions and activities. Landscaping experience a must! Must have a Valid Driver’s License to drive a motorized vehicle on or off the community for company business.
