10 year old Millie is a pit bull who - wants to sleep/snuggle for 90% of the day - only barks when someone is at the door, will stop when told - is happy to go on walks, doesn't require them - doesn't beg for food, except for pizza bones - only destroys her own toys, Goodwill stuffed animals are good for this - is easily trainable, she fetched beer until we got a new refrigerator without a handle re: Aggression - She lunges and tries to run after other animals, especially dogs. She is distractable with treats. - When other dog owners allow their off-leash dogs to run up to her, she latches onto them but them she doesn't shake or do anything except stand there with the dog in her mouth, I'm not sure she's even broken skin intentionally. - She has killed rodents in our house/yard. - She attacked a deer and probably killed it. We're rehoming her because although she hasn't shown any aggression to our toddler, we have a 2nd baby due and can't provide the same supervision. Rehoming fee - $200, non-negotiable
