Missing Mini Husky

We have received a couple tips that our dog was potential spotted in the Portland area within the last week. The last potential sighting was in the Hollywood district, with a potential homeless couple in a cart. Our dog is currently missing and we are looking for anyone who may have seen him or possibly have pictures of him. Our boy is a 6 year old Alaskan Klee Kai, also known as a mini husky. He was approximately 12 lbs when he was last seen and he has a grey/black/white coat with some red mixed in on his legs. He has deep brown eyes and is neutered. He was wearing a teal/black harness the night he went missing. He was last seen in the international district of Seattle on the night of August 28th, 2021. There is a great chance he was picked up by someone in the area and may have exchanged hands since. Please respond if you think you may have seen or dog or know his current location. Thank you!
