Side Rail Collective is seeking a new collective member to fill an available studio space. Join Side Rail Collective, a small group of creative professionals and artists who have fostered a vibrant collaborative place and community for ideas, making and creating. Side Rail is located in a beautiful, high-ceilinged, light-filled space above Stellar Pizza in the heart of Georgetown. As a collective we work together to create shows, markets, events and other experiences to engage the public and to further enhance all of our work. We are looking for an individual who wants to actively participate in the shaping and growing of Side Rail. We welcome designers, makers, thinkers, writers, artists, and curated retailers to apply. Space Available: Studio 5- 9’-7”’ x 13’ $376/mo - (mural no longer present on wall - see photo) Rent includes utilities, and internet, and use of communal gallery and gathering space and shared amenities including a kitchenette, bathrooms, private gallery and two pianos. Rent breakdown $2/sf private studio space + $1/sf % of common area + % of utilities/overhead. We welcome all individuals, all races, genders and sexual orientations to apply!
