We are looking for a qualified individual to hire as FT maintenance for two apartment complexes. Pay is $15.65 per hour. Company gives 12 holidays paid off per year, PTO, Sick leave, etc. Maintenance for our property includes daily property walks; pick up trash and look for issues, daily work orders for residents including minimum repairs and troubleshooting.
