Are you seeking a new career? We are seeking several Maintenance Tech's for our properties in the West Valley and Central Phoenix. We are willing to train the right person*** some related experience preferred. Will provide Training for AC Certification as well as other maintenance related training. As part of our Team you will receive on-going training and team support from your peers and supervisors. We are always available for each one of our Team members ensuring not only their success but the success of the entire AZ Team. Full Benefits begin the day you start, no waiting period. Our Maintenance Tech's perform the day-to-day upkeep and repairs of our properties to include unit turns, service repairs, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, self-motivated with a background in the apartment industry. Mercy Housing values our staff.
