LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE LEAD/FORMAN REQUIREMENTS Reliability a must! Minimum 3 years as Forman. Must have references. Speak clear English. Valid clean AZ drivers license required. Account for direct deposits. Reliable transportation to work. Ability to tow trailers. Ability to complete weekly service routes. Ability to teach others. Time management and attention to detail. Strive to improve system efficiencies Consistently exceeding expectation by working efficiently. Effectively assuring all landscaping maintenance standards are upheld and met on every job Site. Exceptional ability to keep organized and a clean work space Other duties assigned by management. Ability to relay customer questions or concerns. Relay equipment and supply needs! Must be proficient in all gas powered maintenance equipment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Mowing, Blowing, Weed eating, trimming, edging, raking, debris pick up, pruning small trees, fertilizing turf, Lifting required. Etc. Starting pay DOE $20-24/h. First pay raise available after 90 days of excellent job performance and attendance. Full time. Paid overtime. Weekly direct deposit pay. NEW EMPLOYEE BONUS - $300 BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS! To qualify new employee must arrive to work on time daily with no absences. Additional $300 Bonus after 180!days if same conditions met.
