We are currently looking for reliable, self-motivated & hard-working individuals to assist in the implementation of home energy efficiency programs. Technicians will be responsible for upgrading home insulation, installing smart home technology including thermostats, sense meters and timers, carbon monoxide detectors, sealing and/or replacing duct work, correcting any envelope leakage in the home as well as other home improvements to make the customer's home a more energy efficient one. We also focus on a healthy home environment, so we address indoor air quality issues as well. Job Qualifications: Must have Drivers License and a clean driving record Must be trustworthy and RELIABLE Must maintain a professional attitude Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, stretch, twist, reach, climb and lift/carry up to 75 lbs Must be able to maintain high temperatures as you will be in the attic at times Works as a dedicated team member to ensure fast yet thorough service What we offer: Company Shirts Company Vans Paid Training NO weekend work NO on-call rotations Pay: $18.00 - $24.00/Hour DOE Job Type: Full-time
