Plumbing remove pipe from bath faucet

I need someone to help me remove a pipe from bath faucet. If it is possible. I am hoping to get the faucet rechromed. I have already tried a clamp and a pipe wrench, and WD40. The faucet is not square so we need to find a way to clamp it without damaging it, and possibly use a torch or penetrating oil. Please contact only if you think you are able to do it. Two people have tried to help me just using a clamp and pipe wrench, and they haven’t been able. Let me know what process you think you might use. I’m in Highland Park. Thanks!
