Optimus Properties, LLC (www.optimuspropertiesllc.com), a Real Estate Development and property management company located in Century City, CA, is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to assist with minor renovations and handle tenant repair issues at various properties in Los Angeles. Skills and Qualifications: -Advanced plumbing knowledge and experience -Experience with general maintenance equipment and tools, including hand tools, ladders, landscaping equipment, and required safety equipment -Skilled in general carpentry, painting, electrical, drywall, and installation of laminate and tile flooring -Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and automated building control systems -Experience in maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC/R equipment, Chillers, Chilled Water systems/pumps motors, Boilers, Vacuum Pumps. -Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff at all levels -Properly prioritize workload and manage time effectively -Must work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image -Maintain cleanliness at all work sites -EPA Certified -Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit various locations/job sites -Proficient in English -Authorized to work in the US Physical Demands: -Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs -Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, climb, crouch or crawl Compensation: -Based on Experience -$1,000 Sign-on Bonus ($500 after first 90 days/$500 after six months of consistent employment) -Mileage Reimbursement -13 Days of PTO -Paid Holidays Off -Medical & Vision Insurance -Dental Insurance (100% paid by employer) -401(k) plan Work Schedule: -40 Hours per week: Typically, Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, occasional weekend work may be required (hours may vary) -Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $30.00 per hour
