Toot needs adopting PLEASE? I will help! We rescued Toot from chains in Skid Row exactly a week ago. He's been at the North Central animal shelter where he's gotten vaccinated and we have a free voucher for any medical and to get him neutered. He's really the sweetest dog. Only 50 lb which is small for a pitbull though I think he's a mix. We'll help cover any costs if anyone would be loving enough to adopt him. We really hope so. This dog deserves a better life. He was chained to a fence for the better part of 8 months and yet his temperament is so sweet! When I went to the shelter to take pictures of him today all the other dogs were crying and howling and he was just very quiet but responsive when he saw me.
