I am an out of state property owner and looking for an honest handyman to manage and repair my rental properties at Cape Coral. The honesty is that you fix the problem as the way it is, not to make quick bucks and do the work unncessarilly. For example, if the toilet leaks water caused by old rubber flubber, then just replaces the flubber, not to replace the whole toilet. If you earn my trust, you will have a long term client. Adam
