Property Maintenance Technician Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our property management company as a Property Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will address common maintenance issues across multiple properties, performing repairs and installations. Our ideal candidate has several years of professional experience in property management and maintenance, along with reliable transportation. This job is available for part-time or full-time work. Property Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electrical, and plumbing systems Perform general maintenance tasks including: painting, drywall repair, replacing locks, repairing leaks, etc. Be on-call to respond to emergency issues Property Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
