Found dog/Puppy needing home

Found a very friendly dog running beside the road outside of Garrettsville Ohio about 4 weeks ago. We took her to vet she is not microchipped, not fixed. Shelters are packed so we brought her to our home to help reunite her with her family. They are guessing around 6 months old based on her teeth? Black and white mainly black white some white. 40lbs Looks to be border collie mix. After putting her info out there we haven’t found her people yet and we can’t keep her long term. Would love to find her a great home if no one claims her.
