I am remodeling a small house in Allison park. There is a bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. I don’t know what I would be asking as far as a price, but it’s a house, messy from previous tenant (because of the construction), but a house with a hot shower. I am working on it, and I only stay there one night a week. There is a washer and dryer. I’m not asking a bunch of questions, unless you’re seriously interested. Possibly will rent it once remodel is done. Thank you!
