Demonstration via Zoom. Hands on. Whether you are participating in Dry January or just want to add some zing to your repertoire of non-alcoholic beverages, plan joining us for a fun evening of learning more about the art of creating cocktails. You'll pick up tips from an expert via Zoom on ingredients, equipment, and the art of mixology. Our mixologist, Tommy Quimby, will demonstrate 5 non alcoholic cocktails via Zoom: Lyre's Fair Weather Cocktail; Tarocco Highball; Lyre's Winter Sour; Amaretti Sour; and Cara Mia. Participants will make: The Cara Mia and The Tarocco Highball along with him. For ages 21 and up. Safety & Precautions We ask that you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class. Please wear a mask while in the Cooking Schools. Masks can be removed to enjoy samples provided or the food that you have prepared. Our Partners will maintain a 6-foot distance from attendees while in the Cooking Schools. We ask that you maintain a 6-foot distance from other attendees during the class. Classes are limited to a maximum of two hours. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time of the class.
