A full-service multi-family property management company is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician or Handyman for our properties in Central Falls, Providence, and Woonsocket. Job Details Salary: $15 - $19 / hour (We offer competitive hourly wages depending on experience / skill level) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift from 8 AM to 4:30 PM Qualifications ● Couple of years experience in maintenance ● General facilities and building construction knowledge ● Valid RI driver’s license and your own vehicle ● Ability to lift or carry heavy items Extra Qualifications Candidates with the following qualifications are preferred: ● HVAC certification ● Other technical certifications ● Knowledge of general HVAC systems or other technical building components ● Bilingual (English & Spanish) Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: ● Painting walls ● Plumbing & fixing leaks/issues from toilets, sinks, faucets, showers ● Cleaning apartments ● Installing hardwood floors, cabinets, appliances, etc. ● Putting trim ● Fixing outlets ● General maintenance and facilities tasks for residential apartment buildings ● Conducting oneself in a professional manner when dealing with residents and staff Ability to commute to the following locations: ● Central Falls, RI ● Providence, RI ● Woonsocket, RI If you are interested, please email us your resume, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
