Description
A growing property management/real estate development company in Norwalk, CT is looking for a skilled maintenance worker.
Must have basic knowledge in painting, sheet rock, light plumbing repairs, etc.
Must have their own vehicle (99% of our properties are within a 1 mile radius)
Having your own tools is a plus.
Must be able to read, write and speak English (Spanish speaking is a plus but not necessary)
Must be able to interact with tenants and other vendors.
Must be able to take and follow instructions and get jobs done in a timely manner.
Hourly pay - flexible hours. Nights and weekends would be a plus, but not necessary. Compensation depends on experience.
