Photographer seeks beach house rental

Responsible well known small business owner (popular local photographer) seeking possible last minute week(ly) beach house openings (Rhode Island or Cape Cod) with hopefully a future in teaming up again. Looking for direct waterfront property, private or Public beach my clients would be allowed to visit for a 1/2 hour family photo shoot / Parking for 1 client at a time / No clients would enter property (just myself). Simply looking for a great spot I could possibly rent for the week to enjoy myself while also offering clients a great spot to go. My clients are all very sweet, super respectful and large groups of kids, hopefully would bring you repeated renters throughout the year.
