Essential Duties & Responsibilities Grounds work – This position will mow, edge, trim, remove snow, rake, and remove trash and weeds from all exterior areas. This includes Saturday duties such as testing of fire alarms, sprinklers, back flows and other system testing. Assist HVAC and plumbing - Assist HVAC and plumbing with tasks such as changing filters and servicing and cleaning equipment and annually removing all air conditioner units.
