Historically, the party in power at the mid-terms loses seats in Congress. This is not a rule, law, tradition, or policy. If the party in power PRESUMES they are expected to lose and as a result, stays home, that will guarantee a loss. DO NOT assume one party or the other is going to lose seats. GET OFF YOUR ASSES and get to the polls. The GOP is in the process of capturing as many statehouses as possible in order to game the electoral college in 2024. Unlike past elections, the midterms and the general election are more vulnerable than ever to electoral manipulation. This is NOT voter fraud...it is just manipulating the system legally. The only way to stop this is to VOTE! If you are lazy, you are going to lose your country. The GOP would like nothing more than to turn us into a theocracy, which is the very reason the country was founded...to keep religion OUT of government.
