Looking for a 'jack of all trades' to help out with changing locks, painting, some sheetrock repair, hanging a door, hanging blinds, maybe some masonry, stucco and flooring repair. We also have some basic lawncare / tree trimming if you like working outside. Usually the work is flexible, so we can work with your schedule--but right now we need to get the above projects done right and quickly. Assuming all goes well, this could work into a long time association. Please only respond if you plan to stay in Albuquerque and have the expertise for the above projects. Best if you have your own tools and transportation--but we may be able to help with that.
