We are looking for a Maintenance Member and Team Leader for our Apartment Portfolio in the Center City Philadelphia Pa. This individual needs to be experienced in general residential indoor/outdoor maintenance and repairs. Monday through Friday 8am-4pm and available in case of emergencies on Nights and weekends ** You will need to be able to work efficiently and preform quality work in a timely manner. Communication is an important skill, as you must be able to communicate with management and speak directly to Tenants. You must be able to work with others on jobs when needed as well as independently, maintain a clean work area and organize your time accordingly. Qualifications for Job: Roofing Painting Drywall Carpentry Flooring Electrical Plumbing Appliance Installation Roof and Carpentry Repairs Grass Cutting Snow Removal General Apartment Cleaning Residential Apartment Turn-Over Experience Be available for emergency calls in off-hours Must be Hardworking and Dependable Must be a team player and be able to work independently Must be professional and organized Pass a background check and have a valid driver's license You must also have a reliable truck, van, or SUV, tools, work clothes/ boots. You must be lift 50 + pounds, carry a ladder, or sheet of dry wall when needed. You must provide contact information, work experience, and references to be considered.
