Center City condominium is looking for a part-time housekeeper to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7 AM to 3 PM. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS - Excellent, detail-oriented cleaning skills. - Knowledge of and experience with proper cleaning supplies and methods for all surfaces. - Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. - A pleasant, friendly, and professional manner. - Ability to work independently and with a team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintain common area components: building sidewalks, lobby, lounge and conference room, management office, trash rooms, staff bathroom, hallways, elevators, fire towers, fitness center, garage, pool area. - Collect trash and recycling from floors.
