Videographer/ Editor wanted for Film project

I am looking for a creative partner to help with the launching of a Youtube channel or two. I have many ideas that are in development, one of which is a variation of the ARG concept (Alternate Reality Game). I am Hoping to find someone with experience in editing software, camera work, lighting, and perhaps makeup and costume. Acting as well as voice acting is a definite plus. I only need one person at this point and would prefer a female creative partner; however, I will not rule out the right individual who possesses the appropriate skill set. This is not a paid gig for now. Compensation will be dependent on the success of the project, which will be a reflection of your level of commitment and the quality of our work together.
