Lost Cockatiel

My cockatiel decided to fly out of my back door and hasn't come home. I live in Tumwater near Michael T. Simmons Elementary. I found him in a tree near my neighborhood that same evening but he flew away in an unknown direction as I was trying to coax him down. He answers to Pickle Rick and sometimes makes the sound of a car alarm. I miss him very much and any information or help would be greatly appreciated.
