Performed are routine tests on all concrete products, including pre and post pour inspections. Maintaining clear, precise, and accurate records according to PCI requirements is also a key element of this position. A strong work ethic and team player attitude is essential for success. Experience and Skills Needed: Experience working with concrete preferred Aptitude to learn to read, understand, and interpret architectural and commercial blueprints Ability to accurately read a tape measure Ability to do mental math and calculations Strong technical skills, including computer and email proficiency Leadership skills; ability to be self-directed with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 100 pounds several times a day Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment Willingness to work inclement weather conditions Good housekeeping skills Good communication and teamwork skills Must have reliable transportation Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
