Gutter Installation Crew Leader Needed

Blue Mountain Gutter Co. is growing again! We are looking for a Lead Gutter Installation Technician AKA Crew Leader. Previous leadership experience is required. Gutter experience is not necessary, but definitely a plus We are looking for a friendly, reliable, team player, who is comfortable leading a team and being the point of contact for our customers while on the job. Training is performed on the jobsite. The new leader will be trained properly before being left alone to perform job functions. Training will be comprehensive and new leader will be encouraged to ask questions. Respect is an important part of our culture and you will never be disrespected for any reasons, during or after training completion. The installation team generally works Monday through Friday, starting at 8am, until the job is complete for the day. Occasional Saturdays are required for make up rain days. Job Requirements: -Previous leadership experience -A valid NC Driver's License -Ability to lead and work as part of a team -Ability to coach and train team members in a positive manner -Ability to plan and organize both at the shop and while on the jobsite -Ability to champion safety and cleanliness on the jobsite and at the shop -Ability to work individually without direct supervision -Ability to lift 50 lbs or sometimes more -Ability to climb a ladder up to 40ft -Reliable transportation to/from your residence
