Property Management Co. overseeing 150+ units in the region is looking for a small crew for rental apt turnovers and small scale construction. Pay system can be by job or by hour; variable by quality, speed and reliability. We typically book for 2-4 days at a time with advance notice. We have field staff to provide support and help as needed. Majority of the work is in Baltimore County and Harford County. Having relevant tools and transport to site is required. The current jobsite involves ongoing common property turnover types of work relating to painting, wall repair, flooring, residential plumbing etc. Have liability insurance, licensing is a plus.
