We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team! We are a well-established company and have been providing safe, clean, courteous, and reliable services to homeowners since 2010. Our service area is Northern Virginia and a little in DC. If you are an experienced HVAC Technician with excellent residential skills, we want to talk to you Service Tech Responsibilities Include: • Maintain, service troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment. Identify, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems ensuring customer satisfaction thoroughly checking entire system. Immediate full time position - Monday to Friday (flexible 7:30 AM to 4:30PM) with some weekends & overtime available. On call rotation. Other Job Requirements: • Develop positive relationships through professional interactions with customers. • Complete all necessary paperwork to document work performed. • Team oriented with ability to work well and communicate with others. • Strong mechanical aptitude. • Must own personal tools of the trade. • Good customer service, communication skills, honest, and hardworking. • Demonstrates willingness to accept responsibility. Positive can-do attitude. • Neat, professional appearance and attitude. • 4+ years of work experience. • Must have a valid EPA license/certification to work with R-22 & R410A. • Valid driver's license and good driving record. • Drug screening and criminal background check required. • Take/Follow direction with willingness to learn. • Maintain a clean and safe work area. • Lift up to 100 lbs., stand, bend, and kneel for long periods of time. • Show up on time daily.
