Apply Online at Job Summary: As a Resinous Floor Coater for PremierGarage of Northern VA and Montgomery MD, you will be responsible for the timely and mistake-free installation of garage floor coating solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 2-4+ experience in resinous floor coating installations (residential or commercial) or related work like painting - preferably residential, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check. If less experienced, aptitude is required and training available. Candidates must be prepared to get to work reliably on time with a positive attitude and must have the physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of this job.  Responsibilities : -Show up ready-to-work, with tools on time in Chantilly, Virginia -Conduct mainly garage (sometimes basement/lite commercial) installation of company products as a team -Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction -Communicate effectively with team members to trouble sheet and provide status and updates -Complete and submit installation close-out requirements on a daily basis -Maintain workspace, tools, equipment, and vehicle in a neat and orderly fashion -Comply with and follows all safety regulations -Learn and commit to following our Tailored Living way -Live and demonstrate our core values (Collaborative, Authentic, Driven, Creative, Supportive & Spirited) Qualifications: -Floor coating/painting or some general/skilled labor: 2 years (Preferred) - training otherwise provided -Valid Driver's License, and clean driving record -Reliable transportation to arrive on-time M-F in Chantilly, VA at 6:45 am -Speak, read and write English fluently -General construction know-how / attention to detail  -Able to lift over 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, work in tight, sometimes unconditioned spaces  Benefits/Perks -Health (medical & dental), life, and supplemental insurance with company contribution -Paid time off (PTO), holidays and parent/bereavement leave -IRA retirement plan with company matching -On-going training -Annual bonuses -Career Advancement Opportunities -Great Company Culture Apply Online at Our mission is to help our clients turn chaos into calm by bringing organization to life!
