Older guitar/bass player looking to join or form band... I'm 60. I've been playing in garage, cover and original band since 1977. I play well enough to do most Rock and pop songs from the '50s through now. Not a virtuoso but an adequate player. If you're a good lead guitar player that knows the drummer that would be great. If you're a good bass player that knows a drummer that would also be great. I'm currently playing with my good friend Tony the guitar player or "Tony the finger" as he is known. We'd be happy to do up to 2 gigs a month (if the band is up to it) but we both have lives and don't need the money. We play because we love to play. Anybody out there understand what I'm talking about? Anybody want to get together with me and Tony and play some music? Get a hold of me if any of this makes sense to you. Tony and I are both turned off at the thought of men over 50 wondering around in spandex (even though I have the legs for it) so metal is probably out of the question for us.
