Residential community in Oak Grove, Missouri seeks experienced Part Time Maintenance Technician who possesses a positive and professional image and be able to work with the community's team to achieve desired goals. The Maintenance Technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in community maintenance operations by performing daily maintenance including service requests, grounds and turnovers. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Attend to property grounds • Ensure the timely completion of all service requests • Turn and make-ready of all vacant apartments • Available for rotational after hour emergency calls • Perform maintenance duties in the most cost-effective manner • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • High-School Diploma or GED; • One year of experience as a Maintenance Technician - preferred; • One year of HVAC experience – preferred; • HVAC or other Maintenance certifications – preferred; • Familiarity with basic computer skills (knowledge of Yardi or similar management software program helpful); • General construction knowledge to include areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, lock repair and pool maintenance; • Experience with drywall, painting, caulking and grouting; • Able to pass a required background check and physical/drug screening.
