The Century Group Inc. is looking for a dependable full time grounds keeper / laborer to join our team for apartment complexes in the South County and Fenton areas.
The job has a wide variety of duties including all aspects of grounds and labor work for apartment complexes duties including but not limited to: trash pick ups, unit clean outs, painting, opening, cleaning and maintaining pools, sidewalk snow removal, mulching, trimming bushes, leaf removal, cleaning gutters, appliance/equipment moving, sweeping basements, occasional cleaning and much more, but no lawn mowing. There will be some tear out of apartments and other special projects that will come up from time to time especially when raining and during the winter. This is a year round position, no down time or layoffs.
Must be dependable, good at working alone or in teams, live near by, 30 minutes or so, have your own vehicle and basic tools, and have some experience as a laborer or grounds keeping. There is some driving between properties, most properties are located 1 to 3 miles apart. We strive for great relationships with our team members, and look for honest, loyal and stable people.
