I just acquired a sulcata baby tortoise. Upon further research, I found out this specie of tortoise will get quite large (around 20"+) and I will not have the proper space to house it. The breeder I got it from will not take it back. If you have proper space like a nice big yard or if you live out in the country, this baby might be for you. Before replying to this ad, please do your research on sulcatas, as they can be a joy to own but need specific requirements like proper diet, heating, lighting, high humidity, especially their first three years of life...and eventually housing space when it starts getting big in a few years. Might not be as cheap as you think keeping it warm in this mostly cold weather region. Sulcata baby is currently 2" and is very active and eating quite well.
