Hello, A little about our company: We do inspections on behalf of banks and leasing companies nationwide. All of the inspections we have are on pre-fund or post-fund commercial assets (semi-trucks, trailer, restaurant equipment, etc.), site visits, and collections. The pay range is dependent on the client that orders the inspection, the type of inspection, and the location of the inspection. I can tell you we do not have an inspector that covers this area, and I am looking to bring someone on board for all future accounts. We pay our inspectors on the 10th and 25th each month with a 3 day processing window. We offer direct deposit or check by mail. We have a collection assist account over in “Prescott Valley, AZ” we’re seeking coverage for. We need an inspector to go to a location unannounced during normal business hours, weekdays 8am-5pm, and we are trying to get a borrower on the phone with our client. In this instance, the borrower has defaulted on loan payments to our client. We are not looking for you to obtain their payment, we simply want to try and facilitate a phone call between the two parties. If you arrive on site and the borrower is present, you will call the client and place them on speaker. If they refuse to talk to the client or they are not on site, you’ll simply leave a call back card that we will provide to you. This inspection would also require 5-10 location photos including building, signage and address to prove your visit and there would be a one-page report to complete for the location.
