The Department of Transportation is hiring a an Advanced Journey Mechanic in Haines, Alaska. The ideal candidate will professionally maintain all heavy equipment associated with the construction and maintenance of secondary roads. This position requires running equipment on an as needed basis for emergencies and heavy winter snow. Class A CDL background check, and drug testing required. Starting Wage is $25.31 plus benefits.
