FOUND black and white cat in St albans

Description

A white and black cat came to my house last night in the rain asking to be let in. I let him take shelter with me for the night but when I tried to put him back outside he tries to come right back in. He is very sweet so I presume he is someone's well loved cat. I took him to Champlain vet to see if he was microchipped, but he was not.
