As an Assembler on our team, you will be responsible for the assembly of components for one of the world's foremost suppliers of actuation products. Working in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures, you will follow basic diagrams and drawings to build Exlars products to company standards. No experience necessary! We will train you! Click  to apply! Location: Chanhassen, MN Hours: 1st and 2nd shift hours available. First shift hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday -- Friday. Second shift hours: 3:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. Monday -- Thursday. Shift premium available for second shift. Your Challenge: Read and follow detailed work instructions and specifications to accurately assemble components into finished products. Follow all quality requirements and identify products that do not meet specifications. Participate in process and quality improvement activities. Your Expertise: Training provided Comfortable working in a labor-intensive environment. Have strong attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to regularly lift 40 - 50 pounds.  A high aptitude of mechanical inclination; you enjoy working with your hands, using a variety tools and equipment, preferred but not required. Confident using power tools, machines, and test equipment, preferred but not required.   This position may require exposure to export-controlled information and subject to additional security screening.
