Custom Glass Designs is looking for hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team! We are looking for a lead glazier/glass installer who has experience installing shower enclosures with glazier skills. We are a team oriented, and driven company. We are typically the last trade on jobsites which requires us to be efficient and quick to complete tasks and installations. Candidates will be required to pass a motor vehicle record check and a criminal background check. This is a safety-sensitive position due to driving a company vehicle. For this position, applicants are expected to Lift, handle, & install glass. (Primarily shower enclosures & mirrors.) Cut & polish glass. (We cut mirrors & glass in our shop) Install ventilated wire & wood shelving. Loading and unloading materials and equipment. Must be able to use power hand drills, hand tools, & a measuring tape. Maintain a clean and organized working environment. Majority of the jobs deal with new residential construction. Installers schedule is Monday - Friday, start at 7:30 and generally run until 3:30 New applicants will be paired with a lead installer. Complete multiple installations, return back to the shop, load their company vehicle for next day's job. After 90 days, new hires are evaluated for a pay increase. Employees receive paid vacation after 6 months and holidays after one year of employment with Custom Glass Designs. Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
