Looking for a handyman/general contractor to do a partial rehab job for a 1000sq foot house which includes, painting the interior/exterior, redoing the bathroom, change floor, paining the winter garden, changing cabinets/countertops and doors for closets houses. The owner's budget for the labor and materials is $30k. General contractors license is not required for this job.
